A Bit About Me
At Salted Char, we believe that the best way to cook is to use what nature has given us. As a Pacific Northwest native, I have grown up fishing and enjoying the great outdoors. As a career firefighter paramedic, I also know how to create great meals in the firehouse kitchen. I have created a line of cooking spices that help enhance the flavors of the food you cook regardless of where you cook it. Whether you are grilling outside, cooking inside, or enjoying a meal with friends in the wilderness, the Salted Char spice collection will add that extra touch to make your meal unforgettable.
